Important notice about changing your payment card
We have identified an issue when you change your existing payment card to a new card via this My Account area.
Due to the way our payment provider, Stripe, and our subscription software run, unless your existing card on file has expired, entering a new card will not take effect.
If you need to change your payment card, and the old card has NOT expired, you will need to cancel your subscription and create a new one with the new card.
We apologise for the inconvenience and are working to make new cards be picked up automatically.
